Key Personnel


Evelyn Lim-ForbesEvelyn Lim-Forbes is an advocate of corporate and individual social responsibility. As General Manager of Philippine Carpet Manufacturing Corporation and Capital Garment Corporation, two labor-intensive companies manufacturing products for export, she is also actively involved as director in Bantay Kalikasan, an environmental project of the ABS-CBN foundation. She was also an advisor for Aklat Sa Sisikat, a Project to foster reading in the public elementary schools ; Lakaran, a fund-raising marathon for the Disabled and the Casa Manila Foundation.
She also briefly worked with the government-run, Radio Televisión Malacanang.
She has had extensive experience in corporate administration and organization holding various positions in the different companies belonging to the family-owned, PLLim group of companies.



Eva TrinidadMs. Trinidad working career was spent with two prestigious companies.  IBM Philippines and Philippine Airlines where she has accumulated extensive experience in sales and administration systems.  At IBM Philippines she held the positions of Manager of Sales Administration and General Services and at IBM Headquarters in New York where she was also assigned, she held the position of World Trade Advanced Administrative Systems Administrator.
At Philippines Airlines she occupied the positions of Manager, Route Development, Project Manager Y2K and Manager, Sales and Marketing Systems.  She was the Project Manager of the E-ticketing Project



Joel GarciaJoel Garcia has a Master of Health Services Administration from The George Washington University and currently consults for both Butuan Doctor’s College and Hospital.  He is a former administrator at Asian Hospital and Medical Center, the premiere hospital in the Philippines, where from 2002-2006, he served both as Chief Information Officer and Director for General Services.
Joel Garcia is an associate of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Philippines College of Hospital Administrators.  An active member of the George Washington University HSMP Alumni Association, Mr. Garcia also enjoys mentoring international students in healthcare administration. In his spare time, Mr. Garcia consults for the Asian Hospital Charities Foundation, as well as serving as a guest lecturer at the Asian Institute of Management.



Rick TrinidadRick is an ideas person.  He, together with Joel Garcia, a Health Administrator, conceptualized Philippine Medical Tourism, Inc. (PMTI) from the ground up.
Medical Tourism is right up the sleeve of Rick especially with his service background as a restaurant manager and consultant in the United States and in The Philippines.  He is also an IT person and can whip up a well thought up website in no time.

The PMTI website, is his brainchild and shows his caliber as an analytical and logical minded individual.  He also has interests in a business process outsourcing company with medical & business transcriptions and medical billing & coding as core businesses.  He is the Vice President for Marketing and Business Development in this company.



Lourdes AngelesLourdes Angeles has a multi-faceted career spanning 33 years. As head of the IT group of Philippine Airlines, she led the development of information technology strategies and implementation of major projects to position the airline in the competitive airline industry. Her experience in the airline was capped with her heading the corporate planning group.
She then worked for the government where she conceptualized a system architecture that served as a basis for an effective monitoring of the Philippine government’s flagship programs and projects. After her government stint, she went back to join an IT private company belonging to one of the country’s major conglomerates where she developed its IT outsourcing and managed- service business to be more business focused, marketing oriented and customer service driven organization
